How do you stay mentally strong during these stressful times? ⁣

I have been trying to stay as connected to nature as much as possible to keep calm. We have been taking walks together as a family, lots of physical activity and yoga. I am trying at every possible moment to be grateful- grateful for this time with my beautiful family, our extended family, grateful for our health, the city we live in, our dedicated teachers and school community who have been beyond supportive and nurturing through all of this and for the opportunity to teach my kids so much more than what they can learn in a classroom.⁣

We have been cooking, cleaning, taste testing, experimenting, stretching our bodies and minds by starting our days with yoga, folding clothes, doing laundry, loading the dishwasher and so much more. ⁣

Every minute is a challenge and a gift. It's really hard to stay positive all day. Please let me know your tricks if you have any!⁣
